* to brighten up my days *


Today I was surprised by a special flower delivery.....!! Nope...not from my secret admirer lah....But from my tutee....and it was hand delivered by her n her mum....sweeteness.....she has just finished her PSLE ...n i've been teaching eversince she was primary three..... so its a lil gesture of appreciation I guess....and she didn't forget one of my favourite things....CHOCOLATES!! The lil things (not the gifts....but the appreciation) that reminds me why I love to teach.




Even though school term has just ended.....I'm kinda prepared to start a new teaching year....Haha...I noe some of you mite think I'm NUTZ...why so gung-ho?? Ermm......perhaps its coz i spent the day spring cleaning my workstation...and organising my stuffs......threw away the pile of papers n crap.....re-arranged my things.....I even got lil boxes labelled for next year.... "form class matters"....."school website matters"...."extra worsheet"....."worksheet to be marked"...."marked worksheet"...ALL neatly arranged n piled up ready for the new year..... I've even ordered files for my future classes *super nutz*.... and printed out content pages for the files....I noe...again NUTZ!!!
Well u see..i need to organise my stuffs...and have some structure in my life, without which my mind will go chaotic..and my whole world crumbles....yupz...so dats what I did today in school....even compilied all the worksheets n tests for each level in individual folders..for easy access in case I have to teach the same level again....


Ya...so i'm ready.....hehe...I even thought out how I'm going to make my collection of books...and worksheet more efficient.....i will be going back to school for the next 2 weeks, so i'll spend the rest of the time...preparing for next year's work..... i already have planz to begin preparing worksheets.....


I realise that I luuuuurve organising my stuffs...that explains all the white storage boxes in my cupboard....before I moved...i was bz going around hunting for storage boxes....during those times shah called me 'minah kotak'...mana2 pegi tengok kotak...tsk...tsk...Since i'm deep into my organising mood....i recently organised some of my tops and my countless bags (some are still stuffed in boxes from the move)....so you see it doesn't matter what it is i'm organising.re-arranging or re-shuffling....at the end of it all...it helps brighten up my days......
